Andrea Coughtry is a full-time, top-producing Realtor® and the founder of Coughtry Enterprises – The Property Group, a full-service real estate and property management firm based in Lexington, Kentucky. Born and raised in the Bluegrass, Andrea combines local expertise, investment insight, and a decade of hands-on experience to help clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence across Central Kentucky.

Andrea holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and began investing in real estate and managing properties during graduate school. That early passion evolved into a thriving career serving homebuyers, sellers, investors, and developers. Today, she leads a high-performing real estate team known for providing turnkey investment opportunities, streamlined transactions, and customized strategies for residential, commercial, and new construction real estate.
