Meet Andrea Coughtry, a Kentucky native and full-time realtor. Before delving into real estate,
Andrea embarked on a journey of academic excellence, earning her Master of Business
Administration. Andrea ventured into property management and investing during her graduate
studies and became a licensed realtor. Today, she stands as the proud team leader/CEO of Coughtry
Enterprises. At the helm of Coughtry Enterprises, Andrea offers investors turnkey opportunities in
the heart of Lexington and beyond. Her team navigates the buying and selling process of residential
and commercial properties for their clients. Crafting solutions tailored to the unique needs of each
client. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Andrea's business is based on lifelong relationships
